Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains our approach to cancellations and refunds for orders placed with InviteO at inviteo.co.in. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of our product

InviteO sells digital, personalised invitations. Each invitation is custom-made using the details you provide and is delivered electronically as a shareable link, typically within minutes of purchase. Because our product is digital and made specifically for you, it cannot be returned once created.

2. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed, as personalisation and delivery begin immediately.

3. Refunds

All sales are final. As our invitations are digital and personalised products delivered instantly, payments are non-refundable once an order is placed.

4. Exceptions

We will review and, where valid, issue a refund in the following limited situations:

• Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Failed transaction — an amount was deducted from your account but the order was not created and no invitation was delivered to you.

In these cases, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days after we verify the transaction (actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

5. Mistakes in your details

Please double-check all details before submitting your order. If you notice an error in the information you entered (such as a name, date, or venue), contact us and we will do our best to help you correct your invitation at no extra cost. A correction is offered instead of a refund.

To raise a refund request for one of the exceptions above, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference / order details:
